Chuck Flint
President & CEO
Chuck Flint brings over 15 years of expertise in government relations, law, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results in dynamic and competitive environments. Most recently, he served as Vice President for a global digital media publisher, where he successfully expanded the company’s reach and influence across diverse sectors by engaging key stakeholders in the business community.
With nearly a decade of experience on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., Chuck has served as Chief of Staff in both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives. He worked for Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn, the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and former Florida Congressman Dennis Ross. In these roles, Chuck integrated complex legislative and communications strategies to advance Senator Blackburn's policy agenda as a member of the Armed Services, Commerce, Judiciary, and Veterans' Affairs committees. He also managed a staff of 45 employees across seven offices in Washington, D.C., and Tennessee, overseeing a $3.7 million annual budget.
Chuck's expertise spans technology, telecommunications, and geopolitics. He has accompanied government delegations to Asia, the Middle East, and Europe to discuss energy, defense, and trade policies. His extensive experience engaging with government regulators has contributed to bipartisan legislation signed into law by presidents of both parties. Few staffers share Chuck’s in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of both the Senate and House of Representatives, having served at senior levels in both chambers. His commentary on technology, national security, and political issues has been featured in outlets such as CBS News, Forbes, Fox News, New York Post, International Business Times, The Daily Wire, The Dallas Morning News, and Washington Examiner. Chuck has also spoken at events hosted by organizations including the Federal Communications Bar Association, Americans for Tax Reform, the Federalist Society, and the Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband Coalition.
In the arena of political campaigns and media, Chuck served as a senior advisor on a historic Senate campaign involving $93 million in spending, which resulted in then-Representative Blackburn becoming the first woman elected to the U.S. Senate from Tennessee. He has also worked extensively with advocacy groups and served as a congressional spokesperson. Senator Blackburn described Chuck as one of the "finest political strategists" and chiefs of staff on Capitol Hill.
Before his career in politics, Chuck was an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's 10th Judicial Circuit, where he tried over 20 felony jury trials to verdict and was later promoted to a special victims unit, prosecuting crimes against children. He subsequently counseled Fortune 500 companies at a private law firm in Central Florida before transitioning to Washington, D.C. Chuck is licensed to practice law in New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Chuck’s unique breadth of experience allows him to analyze the intersection of business, policy, and public scrutiny. Whether advising senior government officials, CEOs, or delivering closing arguments to juries, Chuck understands the importance of strategic advocacy. He leverages his expertise to help clients navigate complex issues.
